I think the inspiration must have come from <a href='https:\/\/www.utilitygirl.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/pad_thai_by_Ken_Hom.pdf'>Ken Hom&#8217;s pad thai recipe<\/a>.
