OK, so it wasn&#8217;t amazing but it was fine. The sausage was nicely pepped up with Italian flavours.  I think it would have been better if when went on the pasta had more of a sauce-like consistency.  Maybe next time I will reduce the wine and lemon juice and replace with some tinned tomato.\u00c2\u00a0 Having said that, I probably won&#8217;t make it again as Mr W was not impressed with it.
