I found the recipe on a <a href=\"http:\/\/exploitsofafoodnut.blogspot.fr\/2012\/02\/stir-fried-butternut-sqaush-and-sweet.html\">food blog<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\nhalf a butternut squash<br \/>\nhalf a sweet potato<br \/>\n2 tbsp vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin seeds<br \/>\n1 tsp onion seeds<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n3-4 dried chillis<br \/>\nsalt and freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\nPeel the squash and spud and chop into little 1 cm cubes.<br \/>\nBoil for a few minutes in salted water until slightly soft, drain well.<br \/>\nHeat the oil in a pan and toasted the two types of seeds gently for 30 seconds.<br \/>\nAdd the garlic and fry gently.<br \/>\nTip in the chillis<br \/>\nAdd the squash and spud and fry until they are very tender and slightly crispy<\/p>\n<p><strong>My adjustments<\/strong><br \/>\nUsed 1 whole butternut squash and no sweet potato<br \/>\nAdded 1 tsp salt to the water for blanching<br \/>\nRoughly doubled the amount of garlic<br \/>\nReduced the amount of chilli <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is from Gordon Ramsay&#8217;s Great Escapes.
